These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of the Aromha Brain Health Test (“ABHT”) from aromha.com. They form part of our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Please read section 4 before you buy. Once a kit is opened, it cannot be returned.

1. Who we sell to, and where

You must be 18 or older to buy. We currently ship only within the United States, including DC and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally, because the ABHT is registered with the FDA for use in the United States and is not authorised for consumer sale in other markets.

2. What you are buying

The $799 program is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew. You will not be charged again unless you place another order.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout. Friends and family pricing on the single test: 5% off for 2 to 3 tests, 10% off for 4 to 7.

Payment is taken by our payment processor at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship within five business days of your order, and typically sooner. If we cannot ship within thirty days we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

We will email you a tracking number when your kit ships. Delivery times vary by location.

A note on shelf life. The scent labels have a limited shelf life and each kit is dated. We ship kits with at least six months of shelf life remaining. Take the test before the date on the kit; an expired kit may not measure accurately.

4. Returns and refunds

Because the kit contains single-use scent labels, what we can accept back is limited. In plain terms:

Unopened and unused. Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You pay return shipping. The kit must be unopened and in resalable condition with enough shelf life remaining.

Opened, or the test has been taken. No refund. The labels are single use, the kit is consumed once opened, and if you have taken the test you have received the result you paid for. You are paying for the test and the result, not for a particular outcome. A result you did not expect or do not like is not a basis for a refund.

Damaged or defective on arrival. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged kit. A kit is defective if the labels are torn, already peeled, contaminated, or the kit is missing its Test Number.

Never arrived. If your kit has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

The 3-year program. Within 30 days of purchase you may cancel for a refund covering the tests you have not yet used, pro rata. After 30 days the purchase is final, and any unused tests remain valid for the full three-year term.

To start a return or claim, write to support@aromha.com with your order number.

5. Cancelling an order

You may cancel before your order ships by writing to support@aromha.com. Once it has shipped, section 4 applies.

6. Risk and title

Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

7. What the purchase does not include

The purchase covers the ABHT kit and the online test. It does not include any clinical service, any interpretation of your result, or any third-party service the wider brain-health pathway points to. Aromha does not perform cognitive testing, laboratory testing or medical evaluation.

The ABHT is a screening test, not a diagnosis, and a result is not medical advice. See section 2 of the Terms of Use.

8. Not covered by insurance

The ABHT is not currently covered by insurance or by Medicare, and we do not submit claims on your behalf.
